I loaded the beta firmware so I could see what all the APF buzz was about. 3D2A was spotted on 18070 so I turned the beam and he was there in and out of my noise level. I turned on the new APF function and peaked the CW signal. He was now 100% copy. Turned APF off and he was in and out of my noise level again. Now I understand how good of a tool APF is for weak signal CW. BTW The 3D2A is in my log.
