Jacques, Is it possible that you have accidentally put the W2 into the auto-sensor mode that monitors BOTH S1 and S2? That is one reason the S1/S2 lights blink alternately. I use my W2 in an SO2R station and I prefer it this way but if you are using a single sensor, it will not give you the result you want. Also, I had a lightning strike at my station and saw VERY sporadic readings from the W2 before I replaced the sensors. Once I replaced the sensors and the W2, everything worked as expected. Is it possible you had a lightning surge?
