The bad actor is Karol Madera, VK7KFM, in British, Columbia. He is notorious for his antics, usually in the 14.272-14.275, and at other times on 14.313. Search for his callsign for the sordid details. It may be advisable to find another frequency for the net because this guy loves confrontation in all it's forms and Canadian rules enforcement is non-existent.
