it is only a matter of convenience. If i don't use AM and i don't have AM filters i can save a pulsation in the mode key each time i cycle from mode to mode.
It is not important. I see a FM dissable option in the menu. I was thinking if no filters is selected for AM in the menu. Why can i select AM? This was my question.
