The Fluke adapter uses the same VID (vendor ID: 0403=FTDI) and PID (product ID: FT232 USB UART) as the generic FTDI USB serial converter. In my case the USB port in the SDR-IQ also uses the FTDI default VID/PID and the "new" Fluke driver (FTDI 2.8.14) was installed for it.
