I have heard similar sounds to yours too and followed them for a short while but not lately and definitely pre K3 days. I don't have a P3 yet so I don't have the visual. I wonder how far it really goes if you were to follow it down the band and one had the time and the general coverage it might be interesting to see oddities on the airwaves have always interested me as well as annoyed me.
