No complaints on mush from here in the contest and at times I had a swarm of S nothing Europeans calling. The issue is everyone calls dead on zero beat and that makes it really difficult.
What I did notice which I thought was odd is that when 3 people were calling at the same time it seemed that the signals were stronger or more readable than when I called the DL3 and he came back alone. I want to say there was more "magic" there to push through the receiver when a few were calling over just one. Maybe it was just conditions. I worked tons of guys in the noise. The improved NB is great most of the time. You don't want it on when there are really strong signals close by of course. -- Mike W0MU W0MU-1 CC Cluster w0mu.net:23 or w0mu-1.dnsdynamic.com Http://www.w0mu.com ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:Elecraft@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
