Merlin,

I believe a thorough filter alignment using Spectrogram to see the
de-modulated audio spectrum will straighten things around for you.  It is
CAL FIL that you need to run, not CAL PLL,

Calibration article - it gives information about accurately setting the K2
reference oscillator and Step 3 provides details on how to use Spectrogram
for aligning the filters.
