You can say that again Wes. I ordered some equipment from a company in North Carolina and it was picked up on July 10th. By July 12th it had made it to San Antonio, Texas. It sat there for 4 days and then arrived in Eagles Pass, Texas on July 16th. It's still in Eagles pass according to the tracking information. When I call and ask when it will be delivered they always have some excuse and promise someone will call me within the hour with a delivery date.
No one ever calls and it's still in Eagles pass as of today which is July 28th. I even sent an email to customer service and unlike Elecraft I'm still waiting for an answer after 4 days. UPS is not and never will be my carrier of choice! Their attitude explains why their trucks are brown though.
