I would not try it unless the series output resistors are installed in your K3. Otherwise use a pair of 2.2 Ohm resistors - one from the tip and one from the ring to the single speaker. ---------------------------------- That reminds me -- I thought Elecraft was going to issue a series resistor mod to protect the speaker amplifier device. I still don't see it in the official list of mods.
