Good question... Since the procedure requires power to be set to
exactly 5.0W, it suggests that there's some special logic in the
firmware that cause the calibration routine to kick in when TUNE is
invoked with that setting. That seems to imply that one should not
invoke the TUNE function at that power level under other
circumstances, as an imperfect load could result in
"decalibration"....
