Hi Mike,

I have no K3, but my understanding is that the 10138.7 is the frequency of the 
suppressed carrier and that 10140.2 means that you set your rig to 10138.7 kHz 
USB and feed audio at about 1.5 kHz, resulting in TX at 10140.2.

So, the QRG reading should not change.
