Tx Gain Calibrations must be performed - a pass - at the 5W level before proceeding to the 50W level. If the Tx Gain Cal failed at the 5W level on one or more bands, odds are one of the output or the driver devices are failing.
Re-run the 5W Tx Gain Cal, copy the results to an email and send it off to Elecraft support for evaluation on Monday.
