I think the Yahoo groups (or, whatever) are a way of doing this.  The 
forum/e-mail does not
have to be endorsed by Elecraft for this kind of dialog.  But, I see the 
justification
and value of Eric moderating the Elecraft list to keep focus on the Elecraft 
products and closely related technology.  And, I expect Eric to moderate this 
particular
topic thread eventually.
