Hi Julie, It almost sounds like you have the span set very narrow and what you are seeing is the center frequency marker. What happens when you adjust the span, does the green stripe change width? If you would, please take a screen shot of the display using the P3 Utility and email it to me. My email is pauls at elecraft....
