Instead of flashing the Delta-F LED that is on the far left of the radio, would it not be more effective to flash the "SPLT" indicator, "TX" indicator and arrow in the display just like the "TX" flashes when in test mode? After all, this is where your attention is usually focused. To be most effective, do not make the flashing optional. 73, Ted W4NZ
