To Anyone!
Issue: KAT500 Utility will not run Version: 1.14.4.10 Windows: 7 Pro 64 bit Observations: 1) It appears to correctly install 2) When one attempts to start the utility, it shows in the Task Manager as a process (KAT500Utility.exe *32) 3) The application window does not show on the screen. 4) The application is not listed in the Task Manager under Applications. 5) If one attempts to start the utility again, the application window will show on the screen and a second process will show in the Task Manager processes. 6) The application then goes into a Not Responding state.
