At our monthly Southern Arizona DX Association club meeting last night, as we often do, we go around the room to hear what guys have worked since the last meeting. Personally, because it's thunderstorm season, I've been disconnected most of the month. Others have not.

One guy, a top of the Honor Roll type, reported working 400 band/countries on HF and 47 states.... on 6-meters. Another top of the Honor Roll guy, now a 6 and 160 specialist worked 18 Europeans on 6 this past week. And that's not from Maine, it's from southern Arizona.

The bands aren't great, but they are far from dead.
