Well, I have a 20-meter vertical connected directly to the AUX RF input, and a receiving loop connected to RX IN. So unless there is a setting somewhere that somehow disconnects the antennas on 20 and 17, it's simply not working.
Noone else has replied. I have placed a call to Elecraft support on this one.
