There is a date at the top of the page, March 15th. So I would preface
the "Due to very large rush..." with "As of March 15th, ..)

could be accompanied by the date on which they were posted... it seems
like that was the status about a month ago :/ I wonder if the update
didn't get pushed, or maybe there's caching somewhere. It's not in my
browser.
