Wow! That didn't even sound like morse to me (20 wpm op). However, dragging it into Windoze sound recorder, and hitting the "Decrease Speed" button 2 times, I get a reasonable contest exchange. It's actually pretty good code! My guess is about 25 wpm. it says:
