Just to clarify: When it says select 10.0 or 10.1 it makes it sound like you'll see both and you pick the one you want. The reality is you'll see EITHER 10.0 or 10.1, depending on how you built the filter board.
The previous post was correct that you'll need to swap in the other crystal to get 10.000-10.080.
