Hello Chris, all, According to your current consumption the 10w PA driver is working, but KPA3 gets no input or has not 12V. Check CB1 CKT BKR (KPA3 page 1 of 2 in K3 schematics) and check if TR-Switch gets plausible voltages (KPA3 page 2 of 2, 7R and 7T).
Since there is no plausible idle current from KPA3 the CB1 seems to be defect, most likely. Not sure if this can happen. Or give me a call, # sent separetly.
