I had this same issue with two of my K3s... Failed the calibration. Was an issue on the 10W board both cases.

The first thing you should do when you encounter varying power output is do a TX calibration. The second thing to check for on digital modes is the audio levels to make sure they have not changed. They may have been changed inadvertently. Even if you say to yourself "I haven't changed a thing" check it anyway.
