Hello everyone from Rob G3XFD in Dorset in England. Since I retired as Editor of the UK’s Amateur Radio magazine Practical Wireless in 2013 I have really enjoyed using my Elecraft K3 and the P3 Pan Adapter combination. The K3 is a superb transceiver and I’ve had such pleasure from using it. However, my P3’s screen display is now failing and I am wondering if any other P3 users have had a similar problem? The display first became intermittent (regarding colours displayed) with the top of the screen with the frequency read-out bring lost. Now, the display is becoming quite dim and is failing. Can anyone offer me any advice please?
I have Emailed Elecraft Support regarding the problem…. but I’ve not heard back from the yet.
