Thanks Mike! My good friend Phil Ciotti G3XBZ (who orginally assembled his own and a number of other K3 kits including my own) has tried this and we couldn’t clear the fault. Phil thinks it’s the display itself that has failed. I am relying on Philbe because I only have one arm and my remaining hand is rapidly wearing out! I am hoping that when we do get a reply from Elecraft….. I can purchase a new display screen. I’m also wondering if anyone else has been able to replace the display unit?
