I have a Motu M2 that I bought as an audio interface for my keyboard; however,
using Loopback (on my Mac), I can listen to the audio of the KX2 through my
computer speakers. If I want, I can take my in ear monitors and plug them into
the monitor jack on the front of the M2 and listen to my audio without
disturbing my wife. I *really* like the M2.

Years ago, I had a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 and looked at getting another one of
those but after comparing specs, I chose the Motu M2 due to lower latency -
there’s nothing worse than delayed sound.
