I built my external speaker using Tom Hammond's excellent instructions and amp. http://k2qrp.com/Radio%20Projects.htm I have since improved the basic speaker amp combination with the New England QRP NESCAF audio filter http://newenglandqrp.org/nescaf I am very pleased with the results
