Yes, and Twiki (if not Wiki) provide security controls for who can view/edit
etc, so the owner of a topic can nominate who can edit - which is great for
'official' articles etc.
Peer pressure is a wonderful thing and used for a limited site like this,
would most likely work quite well enough.

But, lets not start a huge long debate on this reflector - the idea has been
put forward, maybe Elecraft will wish to follow it up.
