 Understood!!  That's why we - the Portland Regional Hospital
 Emergency Amateur Radio Team (HEARTNET) decided on Pactor I.

 I would have no problem running it with an existing TNC and
 software, but I did want a soundcard solution.  There was one
 about ten years ago that was written for a specific sound chip,
 but the author abandoned development on it.
