No, the "nuts and bolts" are bundled together for each module/assembly in an envelope or bag. Sorting them is relatively easy as there aren't that many per assembly stage. I cut the bottom off a cardboard box to form a shallow tray around 1 inch high, then glued separators into the box with hot melt glue and finally labelling the compartments by bolt length, etc. Others have used egg trays for the same purpose. It's not a big job and doesn't need to be complicated.

On another point, there was criticism of someone posting an assembly question to the reflector. That is the whole point of the reflector, simple "how does it fit" or "where does that go" questions are easily resolved, often in a few minutes at almost at any time of the day, without needing to bother Elecraft Support who can then spend time on more important matters, like getting K3s out the door!
