Almost - but in practice the problem is that it can't hold very much, not a K3. The case itself weighs 5 kg. The total weight limit is frequently 6kg or 7kg. Some airlines allow more but it is variable.
The maximum size is OK. The limit is 22in x 17.7in x 9.8in.
