I don't know why I get pleasantly surprised by all the neat little goodies tucked into these revisions, but it is so nice to see improvements and new features showing up on the K3 hardware platform through firmware revisions. Even though I like to think of myself as a CW only op, the SSB TX adjustments sure help. I like the fact that my DSP filter now goes in 100kHz steps rather than 200kHz steps above 2000kHz. I'm still trying to find a use for Alt1/Alt2, but at least it is there when I think of a good use. And the rig just sounds better (that's a qualitative technical term) too. Thanks Elecraft!!
