Bob, Thanks for your work on this issue. The early FW versions really, really worked! I found with the early versions I could use it, to great advantage, for "search and pounce" in CW contests. I generally use a PC audio spectroscope to check my zero beat. Most of the time the original version would set the zero beat to within 0-3Hz.
