N/A means that the required hardware (in this case the Aux DSP board) is not installed in the K3, so attempting to program it is N/A (not applicable).

More accurately, it means the K3 has indicated to K3 Utility that the required option is not present. It may in fact be present, but not yet indicated as set in the K3's CONFIG menu, in this case CONFIG:KRX3.
