Not quite.  If you want FM transmit/receive you must add 
the KFL3B-FM (FM Filter).  If you want AM transmit you must 
add the KFL3B-6K (6 KHz filter).  AM receive is possible 
with significantly restricted fidelity using the stock 
SSB filter.
