Ahoj, If You are looking to change the electronics keyer in K2 then it is done by front panel control knob "Keyer". When you turn this control, keyer speed in words per minute (WPM) will be displayed, e.g. S P D 1 8 . The speed can be set from about 9 to 50 WPM. (see page 84 of the Owner's manual)
If You are looking for T/R delay setting to decrease reaction time of the QSK then "Break-in (QSK) delay" then it is possible in the T-R manu option. A setting of 0 . 0 0 is fastest, although you may prefer the break-in sound with 0 . 0 1 selected, especially when using headphones. 0 . 0 5 is about right for casual operation. You can select a longer delay (up to 2.5 seconds) for slower CW work or to prevent un-muting when sending a repeating beacon message.
