Hi Gene, I have the same setup as you (HRD /DM780) and the same thing happened when I upgraded to 3.63. The transmit light stayed on at the end of PSK transmissions. I fixed it by changing PTT options in DM780 to serial port instead of through HRD. This definitely happened after upgrading to 3.63. I don't know if this is a permanent fix as/ /I am worried about conflicts with HRD rig control as it uses the same port. So far so good though.
