Interesting as Sgt. Schultz once said. The failure I get is not only on the tq5 (request) but trying to load the tq6 (cert file). So the time issue can't be adjusted. I think they have a real turkey in this TQSL cert crap. Walt from ARRL has tried to help but I suspect they don't have a clue other than the "directions say to...."
