I just upgraded to MCU 3.67 and DSP 2.49. I had been running MCU 3.63 and DSP 2.46. Noise happens with either one. Listening to KDWN 720 out of Las Vegas with sync AM, USB selected (tried LSB, too), with the CWT carrier tracking turned on. The radio jumps around 0.720.000, +/- .002 or so as I guess it will do. When going from 0.720.000 to 0.719.999 or vice versa there is a chuffing sound in the audio. Turning off the CWT makes it stay on whatever freq I dial it to, so there is no problem. Tuning across this point makes the same noise even in normal AM mode. I only noticed this since the radio was tuning itself with CWT activated in sync AM. Has anyone noticed this on this freq or any others, or more importantly, in the ham bands?
