Please contact Elecraft support. As the designer of the DSP code, and of the DSP board itself, including the latest, I am 100% certain that Rx EQ 1 and 2 function no differently in the new board. Further, if you are using headphones, the the increase of coupling capacitor from 10 uF to 100 uF earlier this year improved the LF response on receive. The new LPF board is DC-coupled in the signal path, so it has no reduction of LF response, either.
