Hi Tom, Why don't you use the TS850 to listen to yourself transmitting on the K3 "off-air"? This way you are hearing a true reproduction of how you sound with no monitor circuit delay. Of course, this is only useful to initially set up your TX audio - not for use whilst operating. Once you set your TX adjustments, you really shouldn't have to change the settings, unless, of course, you are continually changing microphones, operators, etc.
