I would suggest using three inverted vee's all fed from the same coax.
By feeding them with the same coax only the antenna that is resonant
on the transmit frequency will radiate and the K3 internal tuner can
handle the tuning of them so you can work each band on CW and SSB.

You could use your spud gun to launch the suspension cord (3/16 nylon
works really good and will support all 3 inverted vee's.

I used this arrangement for several years after I was first licensed
in 1976. and lived on a city lot.  Try it you'll like it!
