Well there are a few issues there... Like Don mentioned you're not going to be able to do that with 6M on the sub rx unless the main RX in on 6m too. However you can do it with 6M on the main RX and 160-6 on the sub RX...
Your only other option would be to use the AUX RF port and to connect the preamp through that port.
