In my earlier replies I "overlooked" the most obvious example - the Parliament of the Republic of Ireland. The two Houses, the Dail and the Senate, are both elected by STV-PR, but the constituencies within which the electors vote are very different. I don't know that I would want to replicate exactly either constituency model, but it is a bicameral legislature that seems to work well.
