Hi folks,

I recently discovered a fairly prominent use of pairwise voting.  The
Debian Project, which is responsible for one of the leading Linux
distributions, uses the "Concorde Method" for resolutions and for voting
in new officers.

In short, it looks like they're using pairwise voting, with an STV
tiebreaker in the event that there's no Condorcet winner.
