They are smart enough to use Paper Scissors Rock to make these kinds of decisions even when there is a majority in favor of one course of action, because it yields proportional representation over time, i.e. TPR (Temporal Proportional Represention). --- D- Perhaps the kids are not so smart because they have not seen the postings on this list. Choosing a government leader (such as a U.S.A. President -- a somewhat important defender of Western Civilization since 7 Dec 1941 -- Pearl Harbor attack) is a WHOLE LOT more important that using Paper Scissors Rock to keep some kids happy for a few minutes. What did Captain Janeway of Star Trek have to say about *temporal* stuff ???-- it gives me a headache. What *mathematical* dreams / fantasies are in the minds of some folks on this list ???
