I got lost when you started using *. Maybe others did too. How is *
DEFINED? It seems to be a kind of dot or matrix product, but I'd like to be
sure. I hope that your first statement using * - namely that
E*[1,1,1,1,1,1] = 1 - is obviously consistent with your intended definition.
