O.k. selecting the type to "Spice" does allow the parameters to be
printed. However, it isn't wrapped with single quotes. I have selected
the "Spice 3" format. I use two simulators that  require wrapped
parameters in curly brackets. One is LTspice and the other is
SpiceOpus.   Thank you so much for this tool! I'm thrilled that I have
made progress. I was starting to have to do a lot of post processing
of the netlist.  In another topic thread, I am going to make some
comments about making a case for SpiceOpus as a great companion to
Electric for IC design.
