Hi Ben,

I'm sure that most of Jake's students (myself included) could likely answer
any questions you may have regarding fabrication as well as a number of
other issues. That being said, you may find the information you may find
yourself needing on the CMOSedu google group. You can find information on
that group on CMOSedu.com as well.

Good luck!

Lincoln

Jake

I found your site after I had submitted this email. I wish to thank you for
the wealth of information you have provided. I am studing it now. I may have
some questions concerning going to chip, would you be available to answering
a few questions if they come up?

I have laid out a new digital product using Electric and tested in
ngspice. I am planning to go to MOSIS to have chips made. However,
this is my first time through the process and am looking for some
advice and suggestions from anyone who have already created a chip
from a GDS produced in Electric. More importantly, I am looking for
advice on what not to do. The goal is to improve my chances for
success.

As for the technology to which I plan to use, I am open to
suggestions. I figure I will start with older and larger technology to
improve the chances for success. But again, I am open to suggestions .
